After having several trades people not show up, it was refreshing that Eric and his helper showed up on the proper day and time, did the work (installed photo cell for and outside post lantern) in a reasonable amount of time, and actually charged us what he estimated. Will definitely call him again is needed.

After requesting an appointment and describing the problem, the owner was able to diagnose the most likely cause of my problem. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. Eric called 30min before he arrived, was on time and very professional. I had no power to 3 rooms. Eric found the problem within minutes, fixed the issue and had power restored in less than an hour. I highly recommend Flash Electric and specifically their technician Eric!

I'm always skeptical of 5 star reviews, at least initially, but after my experience earlier with Eric and Flash, I'm starting a petition for Google to add a 6th available star. As a new, first time EV buyer, I called The Flash Electric on a weekend, and Eric responded within 15 minutes of the phone having been answered by his friendly wife, Rebekah. He asked me a few simple questions about the charger I'd bought, asked me to send him a few photos of my home, and he promptly gave me a quote - and the quote was exactly what I was charged. There's more - Communications were stellar! Eric scheduled a time to conduct the install very quickly, and he also recommended a value-added whole-house surge protector, as they are less expensive to have installed while doing the EV circuit install. I had no idea what the purpose of a whole house surge protector was, and he patiently explained it to me. Education, not a sales pitch. Get this - Eric was concerned that he might be a half hour later than initially scheduled, and he reached out to me the DAY BEFORE to ask if this would be okay. Unheard of in this industry, and his consideration was awesome! He arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, courteous, clean and took excellent care of my home while he worked. I suggested that he get a red cape to go with the red shoe protectors he wore in my home, because he is my new hero. Seriously - for any electrical job - there's no possible way you could do yourself a greater service than calling The Flash Electric. I'll add a few more photos in a few days when my new electric BMW gets here and is happily charging itself from the circuit that Eric installed for me today.

I really was impressed with how knowledgeable Eric was in solving the problem with the second fan motor. He also advised me on getting LED lights by replacing my two ceiling spotlights. I will be using him for my next project of replacing my garage lights. Thank you for your patience and great prices. You are an honest man who knows his trade well!

Got here quickly. Fixed two outlets and pitched a really reasonable price to move 220v circuit for the hot tub. Great service!

One of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Eric handled by request in a timely manner and with a very reasonable rate. I have found the perfect electrician going forward.

Eric helped me out with a last minute need on an entrance cable into a meter box. He was out there same day to look at the problem and had everything resolved within a week. Awesome service and awesome work!
